Discover a new and contemporary range of cheesecake production and ideas that will add a sense of style and presentation to your repertoire of Desserts. This class will focus on large and individual cheesecake lines with baked and set styles covered.
Interesting flour combinations such as Roasted Page 5 of 24 pumpkin, maple and caramelised white chocolate are on the menu along with some other delicious combinations.
