The Lira semi-automatic electric cutting machine is ideal for
all kinds of hard pastries and pralines, even those containing
almonds, hazel nuts and other dried fruits. Lira guarantees
accurate cutting and saves a great deal of time too.
The new automatic guitar cutter allows to cut pastry and chocolate products. It allows to cut products at low temperatures (down to -15℃) within seconds and also cuts products containing almonds, hazelnuts, dried fruits, etc.Lira is perfect for the production of chocolate cream,hazelnut chocolate, soft nougat, ganache, small cakes andpastries (mousses, semifreddos, Bavarian creams), fruit jellies, biscuits and marzipan.Lira can cut food products up to 6 cm thick. Adjustablefeed speed. The cutting table is made entirely from AISI 304stainless steel and can be disassembled quickly for easy cleaning.
