The first Ecotel store opened in 2002, selling a small array of cookware imported from France. Since then, the brand has expanded to over 15,000 products from around the world, more than 6,000 customers worldwide, a direct-mail business that distributes over 40,000 catalogues a year, and a highly successful e-commerce site. What has never changed is Ecotel dedication to range development and our strong commitment to quality.

Free Returns:

We will be pleased to refund or credit any item that has been damaged in transit or has been dispatched incorrectly. This is providing the unused items are returned to us within 7 days in its original packaging. Return goods must be authorised before sending them back to Ecotel. Any goods returned without authorisation or which are not in the conditions set out above will be rejected and returned at your cost. Customised and indent order products cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

Claims:

Claims of damaged or missing boxes during shipment must be reported immediately to the courier (shipping company). if your shipment looks like it been damaged or opened during transit make sure you sign for it as damaged subject to inspection. All claims must be reported in writing to sales@ecotel.asia within 48 Hours of receiving your order. No claims will be accepted after that.
