Bûche de Noël sometimes referred to as a Yule log is a traditional dessert served near Christmas in France and several other countries. It can be considered a type of sweet roulade. The traditional bûche is made from a Génoise or other sponge cake, rolled to form a cylinder and coated with a chocolate butter cream or glaze. Using the Pavoni range of yule log shapes we will make a range of innovative and modern styles with a focus on Christmas presentation.
