SPV® is the new line of non-stick silicone mats. It is perfect to be used either for baking or freezing processes of products realized by patisseries, ice-cream parlours, restaurant and confectionery industries.
Every mat is made of glass fiber and coated on both sides with silicon for foodstuffs. Thanks to its non-sticking feature, it does not slip and there is no need to grease it.
SPV® can be used to make pastry products that are ready to be cooked on trays and for other several applications; in fact it is the ideal tool on which to work sugar, chocolate, caramel, to create decorations for cakes and for rolling out any kind of dough without using flour.
SPV® resists to temperatures from -40°C to +280°C and it’s suitable to be used in static, ventilated, automatic or microwave ovens.
The mat must be placed on a grill or a perforated tray.
It can be simply cleaned up using a soft sponge under hot running water.
On demand, every mat can be also customized with company logos.
SPV® is in compliance with European and American rules concerning materials foodstuff.
