* Place the grill on a silicone sheet.
* Spread uniformly the decoration paste and put it in a freezer.
* Afterwards spread uniformly your biscuit by using a spatula.
* Bake in the oven at 230c for 8 minutes.
* Place the biscuit upside down on a greaseproof paper and remove carefully the silicone sheet.
* By using an expandable pastry cutter, cut your biscuit into strips ready to be put in the mould you wish.
